DIAS 2000 Dissemination Plan
Spring 2002

1. Provide handouts with information about DIAS 2000 to all ICASE Spring Conference attendees.

2. Attend other state level education conferences and provide a booth with materials.

3. Maintain a web page that includes important information about the project.

4. Send a letter to all public school superintendents in Indiana describing DIAS 2000 and the process for a school corporation to obtain use of the assessment system. Include the agreement to be signed by the superintendent.

5. Provide information sessions for school decision makers throughout the state. Demonstrate completed portions of DIAS 2000. Schedule these two-hour sessions at all Education Service Centers in the state.

6. Schedule half-day train-the-trainer sessions at all Education Service Centers. Invite technology coordinators, curriculum and special education directors/designees from school districts that have submitted agreements signed by the superintendent to the Assessment Research Center, Purdue University.
