The lists are provided for the reader to use as a starting place for research. Information regarding juveniles; disclosure.

Summary: See all of statute which states that a division superintendent of schools cannot release information regarding a juvenile unless it is necessary to insure "the physical safety of the juvenile, other students or school personnel." The school principal where the juvenile attends school may also disseminate information regarding the juvenile only to "those students and school personnel having direct contact with the juvenile" and need the information to ensure physical safety or proper educational placement or services.

(B) states that software can be used to block access to illegal or harmful material.

Family Involvement in Technology (FIT) Program.

Summary: See (A) & (B) which discusses establishing the Family Involvement in Technology Program to (among other things) promote family involvement in education and form a partnership between families and schools to promote educational technology. One of the program's goals is to educate teachers, students, and families in the use of computers and supervising minors using computers and researching on the Internet.
