The lists are provided for the reader to use as a starting place for research. Oklahoma Child Abuse Reporting and Prevention Act.

Disclosure of information; transmission of records.

Summary: See (C)(4) regarding the confidentiality of records of children who are victims of abuse or neglect and how they will be treated in a similar way to Special Education records. This part also states that a principal or other school designee may have access to assist in the treatment of or services provided to the child. Records will be destroyed when the student reaches 18 years of age.
