Criminal invasion of computer privacy.

Summary: See all of statute which states that intentionally accessing a computer without authorization is criminal invasion of computer privacy and is a Class D crime.

Aggravated criminal invasion of computer privacy.

Summary: See all of statute which states that a person is guilty of aggravated criminal invasion when they intentionally access a computer without authorization, when they knowingly damage a computer resource, and when they introduce a computer virus into any computer resource. This is a Class C crime.

State requirements for private schools; student records.
