N.D. Cent. Code § 15.1-07-25 (North Dakota Century Code)

School district records; open, exception.

Summary: See all of statute. Part (1) states that all school district records are open to examination by any person. Part (2) states that if there is an investigation of a school district employee, then any record that is part of the investigation is confidential until the investigation is completed.

N.D. Cent. Code § 15.1-19-01 (North Dakota Century Code)

Student records; legal surname.

Summary: See all of statute which states that for the maintenance of all records regarding a student that the student's legal surname will be used.


N.D. Cent. Code § 15.1-24-04 (North Dakota Century Code)

Student records; medical information, confidentiality.

Summary: See all of statute which states that any record of a student's medical treatment or use of a chemical abuse assistance program is confidential. The record is not a part of the student's educational record and may not be released without the written consent of the student, or if the student it less than fourteen, without the written consent of the student's parent.
